DREAM V/S REALITY

Have you ever heard the saying, 'pinch me, am I dreaming?' There is a reason for that. Some studies state that it is rare and it may be beyond the representation ability to dream.

Dreams can be vivid as reality while you are in a dream state, and that is why one type of dream that we usually have is the Waking Dream.

Sleep, to us, represents a state of relaxation that allows us to recharge ourselves. While is sleeping is not the only one in which dream. Dreams have a greater impact on our consciousness than we realize and a significant amount of research has been carried out to interpret their importance. According to the continual activation theory.

Pain can wake us to remind us that we are dreaming. We may dream of pain but not feel it.

WHAT DOES A DREAM MEAN?

A dream is about non-existing facts. A man who dreamt during sleep gets up in the morning saying I had a non-authentic dream scene. You can disprove dreams the moment you wake up. It is interesting to know that dream is one of the most important three states of consciousness. The other two states are awakening and deep sleep. In an awakening state, you cannot dream of anything. You can only direct perception in an awakening state of consciousness. Deep sleep is a dreamless state. A dreamless state is often known as slumber. It is interesting to know that you cannot dream during slumber but you can have the reality of experiences in slumber.

WHAT DOES REALITY MEAN?

Reality is all about authenticity. Reality has no place of non-authenticity. Every living being born has to die one day in the authentic world. Reality to dream on the contradictory is the basis of validity. In most cases, reality has validation in the waking world. There is real-life consciousness. For example- If you drop a glass on the floor it will break in reality, but in the dream, it might not be the same case. In dreams the glass might not break as the floor would open and eat the glass, the glass will bounce, the glass may acquire wings and fly, and a portal to dimensions might open, etc.

Reality is also grounded or can say that it is down to Earth. An example of how reality is grounded would be not flying through the air just with our bodies when we are awake.

At last, I would conclude by saying that-

"PEOPLE LIVE THRE LIVE BOUND BY WHAT THEY ACCEPT AS CORRECT AND TRUE. THAT'S HOW THEY DEFINE 'REALITY'. BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE 'CORRECT' OR 'TRUE'? MERELY VAGUE CONCEPTS... THEIR 'REALITY' MAY ALL BE A MIRAGE. CAN WE CONSIDER THEM TO SIMPLY BE LIVING IN THEIR OWN WORLD. SHAPED BY THEIR BELIEFS?"
